    I have bought the script from it's original author, with license. I do not have time to promote the site and I need money, that is why I am selling it.

    The site is pretty recent so there is a really low number of visitors and zero earnings.

    If needed, I can install the site on your server, after you win the bidding.

    They are not fake, there are sites who automatically check ranks on this kind of sites. If you add your domain after our URL (x. http://seorankingservicessoftware.com/ipeack.com) you can automatically see the stats. This visitors are mostly bots, that's why I do not count them. I only count human visits.
