Hello All, I am doing SEO for my site since past few months. My ranking for main keywords were quite down. Now, I have strated doing google adwords for my site. And I noticed that my ranking for SEO is in top 3. Is this due to google adwords that I have strated?

I think you have got result in short time. You should continue and you should start good linking, optimization and artilces submission that will help to stay on #1 potion otherwise may down ranking after some time. anyway keep seo work continue.
yes! adwords means sponsored links has not search engine rankings effect. You must have some changes on your site like Title, Content changes or building more links.
