SEO Questions about vBulletin

    ok so i have started my SEO for my new forum

    i have outlined keywords and updated Site name, description and keywords


    however how does vB work - like a normal site i can define on each page and write descriptions etc


    is my forum title my page title? for example FORUMHOME - General chat forum


    would general chat forum be that page title?


    also would the forum description be the page description?

    if so is it best to do keyword research and include terms etc within the forum titles and descriptions and put them in the admin cp keyword field?

    Yeah the description and keywords fields in the acp are just for the home page. Each forum will use the keywords you define in the acp and the description will be the "Forum Description" you define in the "Forum Manager" when you setup each forum. The title for each forum will be the name of the forum. If you are using the CMS, you can specify each category's meta info when you edit them manually while the title is the "SEO Alias"

    so i should be selecting forum titles and descriptions with my keywords in etc?
