seo question

i have a page on my site for example:

example.com/page.html

if my page's name is not relevent to the content of the page will it effect my seo?

if i create a new page whose name is relevant to the content And redirct the existing page to the new one. Will it create a bad effect on google?

I think with page name and content there are no relation with seo. But you can not give your help info in your about page. But you can give name like "helpout" or like that.

you have not relevant page to content. Do not worried about it. it is not black hat. But if select page name according to keyword and select keyword according to page content then you gets better results in search engine. And Please do not use redirect page. It is black hat. avoid it.

 

In my experience with 6 months of doing SEO. I experienced that the page name at least should have the keyword you want to rank for.

For example. www(dot)site(dot)com/keyword. This helps a lot in terms of ranking in Google.

Why would you have a page with an irrelevant title? That just doesn't make any sense.

The Url must be a keyword and the page name is must synchronized with the content in your website page,its help in seo.If you have already that name which is irrelevant google give you pr on that specific page then dont change the page name,might be google drop pr.
