hello how many characters is used in page keywords, title and discription n how much should the keyword density in one much thanx regards arun
As far as i know/understand ... the title element should ideally be less than 64 characters in length, to avoid truncation. To avoid truncation by the search engines in their SERPs, your META Description Tag should be concise, within 160 to 200 characters. The meta Keywords is mainly ignored by most big search engines ... google totally ignores it so not worth bothering with.
thanx for rpl but if i m targeting 1 keyword in a page so hw many times i can repeat that keyword in the whole text or content...
There is not an actual restriction as to how many times you can include your keywords in the written content of that page, although remeber to consider userbility, which after all should be the first purpose of that page, then SEO. Content should not come across as spam, think about using variations of that keyword, for example plurals or changing the order if it is a string of words, for example 'girl's toys and toy's for girls' Read through you content and count how many times its included and how repetitive this sounds.
Make sure this keyword is 1) in the title & meta descriptions 2) in <h1> 3) have good density within your text* *I think the best thing to do to find the correct density is to see what your competitors are doing. That is, goto google and type in the keyword you want to rank for. Click on the first webpage that comes up in the SERP. And find the density of that page. Hope this helps!
you can use 80 char in title...............67 for google........., desc 150 char......................., keywords 200 char..........and you can repeat your keyword not more than 3 times....................keywords density may be 3 - 7 %....................................
Most of the times people do a mistake by posting the keyword numerous times in the content. So be smart and avoid this as it might count as spammy. So use some other ways like using some adjectives or address the same word in a different manner. Dont point too many links on your main keyword. If you wish you can make your keyword "bold" or "italics" by which it will get the right exposure, you are looking for.
hey dont bother too much with on page, all you should worry is how to get quality backlinks to your site..it is the most important seo factor
thanx for the rpl guys i guess its 150-160 char in discription, 50-60 char in title n google now dnt see meta keywords correct me if i m wrong ...........
It is also important how the keywords look like eachother, it is better if you use different keywords not look like a spam
As we all know that keyword plays the most important role in search Engine Optimisation.Well Here I am sharing some tips which I have concluded from my experience.. Get realistic estimate of keyword popularity Don't Pick Single Word Phrases Evaluate the competition Choose Specific but Not Popular Keywords Constantly Change Your Keywords
Keyword density in document text is very important factor.. 3-7 % for major keywords is best, 1-2 for minor. Keyword density of over 10% is suspicious and looks more like keyword stuffing...
