Hi Mates, I'm a freelancer from India. I've clients from uk and us. At the end of the weekend I would be sending reports with the chosen keyword positions in the SE's I'm checking the rankings in Google using eatmybrowser.com and proxybrowsing.com. These two are proxy sites. Now, I could able to see improved positions in proxybrowsing.com rather eatmybrowser.com. I just don't know why this is happening. I'm in ambiguity which one to trust. the 2 are probably querying different data-centers 1 week is probably not long enough to see a unified SERP across every google server
Google is now doing tons of personalization, regardless of whether you're logged in or logged out to your Google account. Since the proxies each have different IP addresses, it could be due to geo targetting type personalization based on the geographic location of the IPs used by the two different products. Or it could be data center differences... or it could be a dozen other things.
These two websites may be fetching data from different data centers. I trust more on hidemyass.com for us proxy results. Its a good one give it a try.
