I think you need to research further and understand why spamming idiots using it. (OK, as you're lazy, here is a hint: so their IP doesn't get blacklisted and it can't be traced back to them.)
you don't need to use proxy to post backlinks, I don't think Google records your IP. You don't need proxy at all until you are organically building Backlinks
