    Made payment, received the username and psw, but software doesn't work as it is supposed to - needs a payment to be updated.

    Seller promissed a refund, but never did (have proof of conversation).

    Me a scammer? Im no scammer check my feedback... next time before you purchase something you should research costs associated with running it first. And Mods this is being sorted out via PayPal.

    as I said - possible. seller promissed to do a refund, but all I had were promisses (for a week +-). Didn't wait much and opened a case with Paypal over the refund (seller staid silent during this process).

    look, I really don't have time and energy to wait for promises over the net.
