SEO, personal website… help please.

I have a personal website, I use it to learn about things such as coding/programming and SEO. Maybe you guys could take a look at www.kevinkraft.net and let me know what I can do to improve search engine compatibility… optimize it.

My goal is to have it #1 when searching for Kevin Kraft, can’t be that hard.

 

well, seeing how you are #2 now, I would say it is a matter of links. To be honest, with a domain name like you have, you will simply want to get as many links from unique IPs / quality sites as you can.

 

Ah okay. Back links; correct me if I am wrong. Can do that I think.

I am also re-writing some text on the page, to include my name more often and some other words.

Backlink is one big factor to have good rankings. And it is also a good idea that you increase the visibility of your targeted keywords.

I didn’t even know that I was on #2 on google.com. When I go to google.com it redirects me to google.de. I pressed “Google in English” and did a search...

Yahoo I am on #7. Which is ok.

Let’s see what the new text will do.

 

you could try COOP network. for me, it worked very well, increaseing my rankings for ALL the targeted keywords.

i think you're a bit confused. submiting articles is very good, but that's not Coop. Coop is this.
