Are you ranking at Google for your targeted keyword phrases? Are you getting traffic at Google? Have you seen a sudden drop in rankings and traffic recently?

Don't depend on sites where someone has written some application that THEY believe knows how Google ranks pages, flags them for penalties, etc.

If that tool does not reside somewhere on Google.com or a subdomain of Google.com it's meaningless. Use your own common sense to determine if you're under penalty or not.

thanks for pointing that out, it just seemed abit too real you know? i have another question one of my sites was never listed in google even though in my google webmaster account it sais:

even when i do the "site:www.something.com" search i get no results back. the domain is 4 months old and it has no junk in it no ads no anything just pure good content. and i never tried to use any illegal method for traffic.
