shivaleela, In your PM, you listed being banned as the reason for not starting the work. I actually noticed you were banned for a few days but that should not have stopped you from working on my project since you had already taken my down payment. After the ban was removed, you had at least 20 days to work on my site but you didn't do anything. The only promotion you did for my site was to submit it to digg.com and that was done before you were banned. In the 20+ days after the ban was removed, you didn't bother to work on my site but kept bidding on other job opportunities on this board. I just don't have any confidence on you. Please refund my money.
