Buying SEO pay on results

    I want to go to top 3 in google.com for a not so difficult keyword.
    Our keyword is on 20th position page 2. With one PR3 backlink it will jump to 12th.
    I will pay $100 upfront and $250 once i reach top 3. $250 for top 1 + $150 per month to keep the position.
    I only need someone that can be assured they can do this within 45 days.
