i work more 6 month seo for one website but still page rank 0 ...then how to increase page rank...please help me...

I used to have sites for years with 0 PR until i changed my linkbuilding campaigns to only include high quality links. I also decided fresh content is needed at least once a week to. Also QUALITY! Don't specifically aim for keywords but just slip a few in where it will fit PERFECTLY. I think the biggest thing was definitely the change i got from better links.
You need to concentrate on inbound links from other sites with high PR..... That is easier said than done!
