SEO - Page name advice

    Well in all honesty the algorithm is made up of over 100 parts....if you get the other 99 figured out then you do not need to worry about page naming convention.

    However hyphenated seems to be best.

    As for coding of pages, whether they are php, asp, htm, html, jsp, aspx, etc does not matter either.

    Again its getting the most important parts right ...unless you're into ultra high competition keyterms, there is no need to fret over the issues you are looking at.

    Page names are much more relevant in scoring well on MSN if that suits your market. Hyphens are best practice and you might as well do it. Extensions make no difference

    My answer is based solely on my experience with many different blogs. Basically, it doesn't matter which blogging advice you read or which SEO plugin you use, they all recommend or convert your URL page names into a word-word-word format.

    I have to believe that every tool I have ever used is doing it, then it would be a good idea to go with hyphens to. Then again, I see a lot less hyphens in the non-blog world...so if anyone else knows more, I'd love to hear it.
