Hi. I joined the forum because I want to ask certain things. I have been doing SEO stuffs and now, I'm assigned to organize an SEO team for a company. But I don't know what makes up the SEO team 'cause I'm used to be doing SEO by myself with little help of my web developer friends. Please give me idea about an SEO organizational outline. Thanks!
That is very hard task, because there are NO seo-experts.For sure you need to spend a lots of money for these people, but again there are no criteria that you can use to choose people.

Thanks for the advice and the link. Maybe I'll just start recruiting people who have knowledge with SEO and assign tasks to each.
