As a newbie you should create your site with SEO in mind and start actively working on that as it will pay off in the long term. In the short term I would recommend doing PPC until your site has had time to age and start ranking well. Once you start achieving some good natural search results than you can scale back on the PPC.
Hello, Look SEO for long time relationship with Google, and PPC for short time traffic. Google these days can kill your site, what is? Maybe you have worked very hard with your site, you have spent money with SEO gurus, all the pages are very SEO friendly, great! your site rank very well you are happy because you are selling your products without spend money with PPC Just you have worked in your SEO friendly pages and you are top ten Great! But here is the problem, sometime Google can kill you and for a couple of months, weeks, your pages that were ranking very well, or ranking top ten in Google, now are ranking in the possition 90, because Google will put you a penalty or in the sandbox without notice, now you are very unhappy, where is my site? I am not selling anything! I need to eat... where is my site?, I have spent time, money, etc and google kill me! Well, you need to be ready to spend money in PPC when your site go out from Google top ten pages and work and SEO with your pages is my opinion... jakomo
I ofer seo services (and my opinion this is the long term) PPC is just short time and more expensive We can discuss via pm Regards
PPCs gives large amount of traffic, but it is sometimes optional because once your site goes on the top SERPs, you may remove the PPC because your site is visible in the top list
Everything I know about SEO I taught myself, for free. There are many free e-books you can download that can teach you about SEO. I haven't tried PPC yet, because it's not free
This is a good question, and ultimately it's based on your budget. PPC - the quickest way to get traffic from SEs. SEO - slow. It may not work well depending on your keywords. Still cost money. So, if you can invest a lot of money, do both. This would be the best solution. If tight budget, go for SEO. If you think you can't get ranked high enough for your keywords, just do PPC unless you don't mind spending more money.
It ultimately depends on your goals and your budget.....you should always use both if your budget allows for it....
