Christ, lol the layout is a little crazy. Even if you get people on your site, im pretty sure they are going to leave . As for the optimization, it looks like the keywords your optimzed for is game arena and radio lounge. You should add a meta description and meta tags because you dont have those. Try and matchup your keyword density with your title.
Yeah the blank spaces between the tables is left blank for the ads that i am going to place .... and what meta description should i add beyond keywords?
Meta description's don't really do much these days; I don't even use them for my sites. Sometimes google will use it for the 'blurb' under your site's title on search results...that's about it.
I personally don't like the design of your site. There are many errors that must be fix in your on-page stuffs. Try to read SEO blogs and e-books to know the real deal on optimizing a website.

I found that your meta keyword title and description is okay. i think template part is having problem or your site is too new.
The new layout looks better. Maybe space it out just slightly more. Maybe make it a little more clear what the sites about. If someone landed there from a search engine they might get a little confused at first.
Its ok, but seo is not something you can finish because search engines are constantly changing their codes. So get a good seo guide that you can use.
