    All the content is uniquely written by me - 344 indexed pages in Google.

    The blog runs on Wordpress with a customized theme. All the basic plugins are installed.

    There is no revenue as I have not monetized it. I have not done much SEO for it, but it has several strong backlinks that came naturally. You can do your own research, or you can ask me and I can provide via PM.

    Taykun, the system won't allow me to add a BIN, while there are bids. I can only add it if I cancel all the existing bids, which I don't want to do.

    Not sure what you mean... you can add anything you want to the site as long as you know how to use wordpress.

    I have an adsense account, but there are no adsense ads on this site. I have not really spent much time on monetizing this site.

    There is lots of opportunity here that haven't been tapped into yet. In fact, someone just inquired about a blog post on the site. I told them $55. They agreed. Can you imagine the possibilities?

    At this rate, this auction is gonna go on forever. My intention was to list it for a total of 7 days. Instead, I realize that the auction ends 7 days after the last bid.

    So, my suggestion would be to either start bidding at higher increments, or send me your best offer via PM and I can stop this auction and sell it to the highest offer.
