    *In your <title> tags and <h1> tags you must include the keyword phrase that you are optimizing for.
    *Excluding the header tags you must include the keyword phrase in your FIRST 50 words.
    *The keyword phrase is also must appear in every 100 words on that article
    *Make sure to include the keyword in your internal link.
    *Original content of the article is highly preferable

    this is how i do now in every post that i write, please correct me if i am wrong..thank you

    The best on page SEO strategies according to me are:
    1.Keyword Density.
    2.Use a unique and relevant title and meta tags.
    3.PPC.
    4.Same-Site Link URLs.
    5.Write rich article.

    There are a number of strategies, but I would say that the most important for On-Page SEO are:
    1: The domain name
    2: Keywords in urls (slugs, not just domain)
    3: Title
    4: Header
    5: Avoiding link churn
    6: Linking to non-spammy sites
    7: Fresh content
    8: Outgoing link anchor text
    9: Site age (not just domain age, but the age of the registration in YOUR name AND the age of the latest redesign)
    10: Domain registration time
