I have my forums running from past 2 months, but since i am new to the web world, i am more an illiterate in SEO matters.
    URL: http://dentocafe.com

I cannot spend a fortune behind SEO professionals at this point of time, so i request you to kindly look over at my forums and let me know your valuable suggestions.

My aim is getting it indexed in major search engines and getting good traffic and members.

    Looking forward to your responses.

    Thank you

Yeah, sitemap is heavily important for any kind of site. Also, get more backlinks as possible (one way backlinks are even better) and get your posts submitted in social bookmarking.

    Simple SEO Rules:
    1) Content Is King!
    2) Backlinks Are Queen!
