I would suggest you put this in the jobs section on DP. You will also be far more likely to get a provider at a place like "getafreelancer.com" or "elance.com"

You will not get #1 rank in for keywords which you wants to target. Take best seo experts help and try to build your link popularity, etc. for your sites. (Thing is not to get temporarily first rank but main thing is get permanently best rank.)
It be will next to impossible to get the #1 spot. It is taken by http://www.ustda.gov/, a PR8 site. Add UK at the end of each search term would be what I would recommend and also place the company name last. It may also be useful to re-brand the site as www.tradeagencyuk.com.
Are you kidding me! trade agency: first result has 45 links pointing to it, 2nd has 1,930, 3rd has 280 Hardly a competitive phrase! If you choose to take it literally, this proves that the number one spot can be achieved with just 45 links. Use varying anchor text but put an emphasis on "trade agency" and you'd be up there with the rest within a year. trade agent : This one has some big sites with a hell of a lot of links, we're talking millions, but if you look, each of the top results is simply a page on a domain with lots of links, but the pages themselves are not specifically focused on "trade agent" or have links to the pages... In other words these sites got "lucky" because no one is putting a focused effort into ranking for this term, so the big sites get to rank with only a slightly relevant page. I'd say there's definately a chance in it. In either case trade agency is the most convincingly easy to get and actually has the higher search volume of the 2 terms. If you look "helicopter rental" is also a very uncompetitive phrase, in fact the first result has just 116 links. As for "manufacture, call centre" - they indeed are difficult phrases to rank for. Do your research before coming out with a statement like "It be will next to impossible to get the #1 spot" *Links research is based on those counted by Yahoo *Searches where performed on the Google UK search engine
ur site is new and keywords is highly competitive. you have to do alot seo for this and it will take time I think 2-4 months to get in top 10 results not sure it will be # 1 at Google
Your cant top in google in a short period of time if your keyword is competitive. It takes time J . Hire SEO who will work full time to your website. Goodluck.
I run a company that does SEO and has done it for large clients. I can tell you right now we would NOT be able to get you first for most of those keywords. Any company that tells you differently would be lying to you. Helicopter Rental could happen as well as a few others but that could take at least 6 months. Unless you have a large budget to work with I would plan on doing it yourself in your free time and targeting long tail keywords to get the same targeted traffic. There are a lot of ways to promote the client.
I work for an SEO company and we can definitely help you to get business off the search engines, but I agree with Primeelite; a brand new domain has no chance at #1 on those keywords, and to clarify further, it would be almost completely impossible for any site to knock the USTDA out of the top spot. I wouldn't let that discourage you from doing SEO for those keywords, but you'll want to create a much broader list of keywords as well. The word "trade agencies" has about 1/3 of the traffic that "trade agency" has, but is far less competitive. A good SEO can drop your site on page 1 within a few months. There are several good keywords to go after right now, and after your site gets a little older and more reputable you'll be able to rank well for the more competitive keywords as well. Dudes, you're all using the american version of Google. This guy is based in the UK. You keep telling him the keywords are too competitive, I assure you ints not the case on google.co.uk Wake up people, he doesn't want american visitors to his site, he'll want english for something like this.
