I would like my site to be ranked in the top 10 for certain keyword. If you could do the SEO job , you would accepts that I would only pay after I see the results. Sorry, because a lot of people were scammed in this forum especially by new members and recently someone tried to scam me with "most likely" fake porfolio. Sure, no problem at all... You can pay me after I get you within the Top 10, but.... What kind of budget do you have and what keywords are you targeting? And I've been around for a little bit too. Ever heard the term "You have to pay to play"?
I really doubt any professional who does Search Engine Optimization for a living would agree to those terms of not receiving payment until after your SEO campaign is over. You get what you pay for, and honestly, I would be scared to let anyone who would agree to those terms to have control over my site -- someone would have to be very desperate to make some cash to agree to terms like that, which will only lead to shortcuts and problems. You can't control what the SEO does, SEO just makes it easier for your site to rank, someone who is an SEO expert has alot of directories/sites they can submit your site to, so In the long run your paying for them to do a lil tiny code and the submit your site, no one is going to do the submitting part without you paying them, so your site may be optimised but nothing will come from it
