SEO needed for vBulletin Board

    I am looking for an alternative for SEO Vbulletin vbseo

    I need URL In my forum to be SEO friendly
    Robot.txt to be rewritten to cater for search engine crawling
    .htaccess to be modified for searching engine optimisation
    Metatext, headers etc to cater for better search engine rankings.

    Please let me know if you know how to do these and other ways of increasing Google and yahoo search engine traffic.

    Even if I were to buy VBseo, I would still have to configure my .htaccess and also Robot.txt right? :)

    Why is another forum being indexed 1026 pages in Google but I have only been index 17 pages when our domain name and forum were set up around the same time.... :)

    How long is your forum? Do you ping google for your sitemap regularly? Do you submit your sitemap to propeller and digg? That are the methods that will get your site indexed faster.
