I have created a new site and have no idea about back-linking or SEO. So, in an effort to help things along, I am offering 50% of earnings from adsense and membership for 6 months in exchange for services. I handle all other admin/upkeep of the site. The better the marketing/SEO/linking, the more $$$$.
