SEO mindstorm needed.. Help the useful project

I'm hard working on the website but it isn't grow significantly.

I have the site of fitness exercises videos in 4 languages. It was getting about 1500-1700 daily. With only about 500 visits from Search Engines. Mostly from google.
I was adding SEO texts to key pages, improving internal linking, buying links, etc, etc.. The number of visitors, like magic was staying same 1500-1700 visits/day. Even when i was improving, say, italian section - italian visits rised - but other - lowered. And so on.
Last week i uploaded new sitemap and changed the pages layout a little. Now site gets about 2000 visits/day with about 600-700 visits from search engines.
But i believe that it's still extremely LOW number for such kind of project - quality project on 4 languages with many pages and quality unique content - video exercises.

I need your skills and your imagination. Please help me (and useful healthy project) find what i'm doing wrong or suggest good idea to improve the website: improve traffic, usability, content. All suggestions are welcome. Best advices may even be payed.

From my point of view do some off page work for your web site like social book marking, Article submission and Link building (make some relevant links). This will improve your ranking and the traffic too.

And i'm doing some offpage activities. But it (imho) needs 1000-2000$/mo budget to make link building properly. I haven't such money now...

 

You don't have to spend that much to put backlinks to your site. Build your site as an authority site, not just build thousands of low quality backlinks.
