Seo Meta Tag : a better plugin than Yoast ?

    Hello everyone,

    I'm using the plugin "WordPress SEO by Yoast" to manage my seo meta tags (title & description) on pages, posts, frontpage.

    Is there any other good plugin to manage seo meta tags ? I find Yoast a little bit heavy on big wordpress sites. Yes I already use W3 Total Cache and have a good server but I would need something more "light".

    I found the plugin "Add Meta Tags" but it's only works on posts and the description meta tag is not working :(
