SEO Keyword Report Tool?

I'm looking for an SEO Keyword Report Tool that will give me:

A Score for my Keyword each of the following:
Overall Score
Robots
Title
Meta Desc
Meta Keywords
URL
Image Alt
Link
Body
etc.

If someone could direct to the software or atleast tell me the name of it, that would help.

I used WebCEO in the past for this... It helped quite a bit a couple of years back.

there is a tool that can give you that all information, but I prefer to do it manually. Coz sometime or even most of the time those seo tools are not accurate about the results!
