    Newly established SEO site up for sale. It is completely developed. Unfortunately, I do not have the time that it requires to upkeep it. It is basically being feed from another site that I currently own. Could be better optimized.

    Not sure what you would think SEO is but buying a house or mortgage tips is nothing to do with seo in my books

    No your correct, but when you state you have a seo website for sale I thought it would be SEO content........... Excuse me for jumping to conclusions.

    Most of the content on the site pertains to SEO. However, I run three other businesses and did not even think they would double in size in a matter of months, but they have. Therefore, I decided to automate the site till I could get back to it. Now, I have just decided to sell it all together.
