SEO improvements for my website

    I'm asking if there is some improvements that I can do on my website http://www.my-libraryblog.com . It is a 5 months old blog with more or less 40K unique each month. For each title of book reviewed, I'm in the first or second page ). With yahoo I have some problems.

    how did you get 40K uniques / month on a 5 month site??

    Its all in wordpress so what SEO improvements can you make?... are there wordpress SEO plugins available?... Im just starting to make my first blog... dont know anything about wordpress except that my work firewall wont let me even login to wordpress admin!
