SEO impact for getting ****ing traffic from the unrelated domains and same IP?

    As title says, I am getting some ****ing URL referrers, and interesting from the same IP, sometime more than 700 in 2-3 months, however I am not getting any spam mails, but I guess this is leading me down in SEO results.

    Most of the links are from .RU tld or sometime not recognizable domain like xn--90adhhccf5aeewt7j . xn--p1ai (probably ASCII), these .RU domains are not related at all, as well as I don't see any link to my site on those sites, then how come these shits are sending bogus traffic. Not only .RU, there are several referrer links from .SU, and obviously from unrelated sites. Is it something reverse SEO, what I have heard from another thread?

    If I use cPanel IP to deny tool, will it help? Any suggestions
