SEO Hosting with different C Class IP's and German host enabled

    Hello,

    I search to host some projects on a reliable server,
    I need a unique IP from different C Classes for every project
    and I need the hosting to be able to host German domains (.de).

    Linux and PHP important, globals turned off or the possibility I can turn them off. Cpanel prefered, no PLESK please.

    If someone could get a C Class package of German IP's, that would be great.
    If the server is in Germany, that would be perfect, but it's not a must.

    I don't search for some cheap hosting, I'm able to pay a reasonable price.
    I love personal contact with the hosting company, so I don't mind to be it a small but good hosting company.

    Space and bandwith will grow with the time, so the price I pay, so it would be dynamic.

    For the start two ip's from different german c classes are enough. It won't be more than 10-12 after a year.

    What confuses me is the SEO in it. What does the seo have to do with the country of the ips?

    The Server for local concurent sites should be in the same country as the target country.
