Im looking for a company that provides:

    Hosting account for unlimited domains.
Class C IP addresses for less then $2 per month.
    WHM / cPanel.
    Fantastico license include.

I see a lot of resellers on the web. But I want to go straight for the source. So please don't tell me about resellers.

I have a dedicated server in Chicago but its running too slow so am going to ship all my domains over to another provider. I would prefer if it was not in the USA but in a tax free zone if that's possible.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

What about the disk space and bandwidth requirement, how much do you need ?

You can get dedicated IP for $2 per month. But I doubt if you can get the one different by C class from the same web hosting company

I saw a startup of a guy that was trying to sell his idea of blogging over multi class C sites and using his special version or cPanel plugin. But I can not find him again.

I can find sites like this:http://www.biggest-hosting.com/seo_hosting.html

I only have small blogs so the storage is small. The domains or $2 per month is ok too. But I would love to find that site again, it had a video if I recall. I also do not want to buy from a reseller. I don't mind buy direct through someones affiliate link but I do not want a resellers cPanel version and support. I have had bad experiences with this kind of thing in the past.
