:) Booboo, I was only playing before. When you're a genius, you do eccentric things.

However, I did take another look at your page, and you implemented some of my suggestions, but you're really missing the boat with your header tags. You really need to strategically place some keywords in the header tags. You also use more than one H1 tag on the main page. Get rid of one of them perhaps use an h3 tag and h4 tags where necessary.

Your McNabs on the top left is in an H1 tag. Change that to a <p> tag and use font sizing to make it larger if you want. Where you have the <p> in the middle and introduce your family and your background, with large font, put that in a little spot on the left side, under your picture, or link it to the about us page.

Place your testimonials under that. Keep it on the left. Use the H1 tag above some related content so that the SE's can index the content in relation to the H1 tag. Use an H2 tag under that to talk about some specialty services such as relocations to the fort. Bring more content up the page. Most of your important content is below the fold, so you have to scroll to see it. That's not good for conversion once you get folks to the page. PM me if you want some more help.

One last thing, you have tons of typos in your content. That makes it look very unprofessional. Scroll to the bottom of your home page also and see 10 and 11 both read client for life, exact same sentence twice. With typos.

As a Designer and SEO i would recommend refinement in the website code, rather than redesigning.

External CSS has been used in the webpage but still all the div, p have style code to it.
    e.g.
    <p style="text-align: center; margin-bottom: 0px;"><a style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(255,255,255); text-decoration: none ;" href="./html/sierra_vista_arizona_land.php">Land</a></p>

i would try to simplify it to something simpler :
    <p class="titsublinks"><a class="sublinks" href="./html/sierra_vista_arizona_land.php">Land</a></p>

This would reduce the page code hence page size in KB, easier to read the page text hence better page crawlibility to the search engines.

Your page has internal CSS style sheet, i would make all the styles as external styles sheets.
Long Javascript code in head tag -> try to make it a external javascript file and attach to the webpage.

This will move your actual Text UP on the page hence increasing the proximity and better targetting of your keywords.

Also try to target on your website URL "http://www.sierra-vista-homes-land.com/" where needed instead of "http://www.sierra-vista-homes-land.com/index.php" in the header.
This divides your link juice as SE assume it as 2 different pages.

That is not something you have to "worry about" when you first start optimizing your website. Hence, I thought your advice was the only advice worth taking in.

I actually just wrote a basic seo for web article that is perfect for a newbie. Just do the basics right then later you can get creative.

I also mentioned this very briefly in my basic web seo post. Did you know that search engines have you down for 4 website urls?

    www.yoursite.com
    www.yoursite.com/
    yoursite.com/
    yoursite.com

I forgot to mention. If you change "http://www.sierra-vista-homes-land.com/index.php" in the header to "http://www.sierra-vista-homes-land.com/"
301 redirect "http://www.sierra-vista-homes-land.com/index.php" to "http://www.sierra-vista-homes-land.com/" this will pour all the link juice of index.php to your domain.

    BoBo,

Usability is much more than checking for broken links. Check out some top notch and see how you compare with them. Do you know what your bounce rate is?
