No need to pay for help, take some time out of your everyday routine and read through some of the helpful threads on this site.
I have allot of sites that are number 1 for targeted keywords there is no real secret find the keywords you want with the help of google keyword tool then make allot of back links from websites that are related to your sites content. Make sure your website is well written (content sprinkled with keywords not spammy) with page titles that contain the keywords you want (well written meta tags). Over time you will rise for targeted keywords.
The first thing I notice about your site is that most of the large 'text' on your site isn't really text. I know it looks cool to have your text presented in that style, but it doesn't help you with SEO. See if you can get text in place of those image text elements. Next, your title tag is the same for every page on your site. Have you done keyword research to decide what words you'll be targeting? If not, do that first and get the best Title tag for your home page, and then work towards optimizing titles for inner pages, relative to each one independently. Beyond that - remember content is king - always produce great content (and some super cool link bait wouldn't hurt) Of course, make sure to do plenty of link building - you need backlinks!!! Plenty of info around here to help you out if you have the time to do it. These tips should get you started and keep you busy for bit. Hope that helps.
Firstly you need to pay a programmer to optimise your HTML. Secondly you need to build more (loads more) backlinks from related sites (to your inner pages as well). Create and submit a sitemap to all the major search engines: google, yahoo, and bing. Bookmark your pages in social bookmarking sites. And submit a press release to several pree PR submission services. Also, you could submit your site to some big directories.
