    I have a back link more than 60, but i could not find even PR 1 link as well. can any body tell me what is the matter behind this

    Are those links followed?if they are nofollowed they will not pass any link juice

    60 backlinks is nothing! And have any of them got PR? You need to increase that 10-fold if you are being serious!

    PR depends on the quality as well as the quantity of links. One of our tourism sites got a pr 1/2 (it varies) just with a link from the local tourist authority and a few small links.

    If you have lots of blog comments or forum signatures or small directory links then these will probably not do you as much good as a relevant authority link or a ezine links etc.
