    don't understand clearly? just add keyword "a+c" if you can't write a+b+c ( without ")

    This a statement too generic to be answered adequately (because, you know, there can be whole bunch of different keywords behind that).

    The generic answer will be that you have to do all the regular chores for this keyword as well: increase its on-page presence and include it into the anchor texts of additional links.

    You problem is no different that getting rank for a completely new keyword e.g. "d" :D

    On a serious note, "a+b+c" and "a+c" are entirely different according to search engines! So you have to try the SAME for "a+c" too as much as you have for "a+b+c"! I hope that helps.

    Depends on how much competition for a+c keywords and your current position, site content and scope to optimize specific keywords.

    To rank well for A+C
    1) Create many backlinks with A+C as your anchor text
    2) Have a good density for your Keyword A+C
    3) Make sure you place it at the start of your metatags' keywords and title (Yes, it will help)

    Hi,

    The reality is if you opt to use a+b+c you will already be ranking for a+c just with b in the middle. If you want to specific target a+c as it's own entity try using your meta description, something like this. I actually recommend something similar for doing both singular and plural keywords.

    <title>A+B+C</title>
    <meta name="description" content="Looking for A+C? We blah blah A+B+C" />

    This is not as good as <title>A+C</title> of course, but it's something that definitly does help a bit. I would also second that getting A+C in your href text is the other route to go.
