i just started my new post2host site p2host.info

I am such a noob on SEO. Cany anyone help me and point me in the newbies direction for SEO, their is that much stuff on the web i dono where to start

Now-a-day, SEO is most important thing for webmasters. If you want to increase your traffic...you need SEO, for increasing PR...you need SEO etc. etc. SEO helps us to make our sites search engine friendly and trustable at search engine views.

Try to make backlinks to your site with having forum anchor text. Blog posting, article posting, forum posting, directory submission etc. are the best way to increase backlinks to your site. It'll help you to increase your PR.

And don't forget to rename your site title to i.e. Best online forum, Free forum posting, Online post forum etc. instead of your current page title P2Host.info - Index page.

 

Yeah well its phpbb that does that, i dont know how to edit phpbb much

 

The most important thing to focus on is good content and backlinking. You will want to go through your website and optimize each page for a different set of key words. Try to see what each specific page is talking about and do your research to find many low-competition keywords. Then go through and add them to the meta tags of your pages and in each page's content.

When you start to develop your backlinks, make the link text correlate the the main keyword you are targetting for each page. Remember to not only develop links for your home pages, but for your sub pages as well.
