Greetings, I need a little help with an SEO question. We are #2 with a specific keyword and I have spent a lot of time optimizing. We can't seem to break #1 and there really is no rhyme or reason for that considering that the competitors keywords are diluted, our PR is higher, we have more content, more link backs, more indexations, better design, etc. I would like to buy the services of someone to give me a couple of pointers or help me understand why we would be not be #1 and maybe a couple of steps to correct this. The keyword is not really a competitive keyword but I am hoping that understanding this obstacle will help me target other keywords. Apparently WebCEO is not helping me breach this obstacle. Who is currently at number one? Is the high authority site? It can be outrank a site that is much older and has established authority on google. But that doesn't mean it's impossible. You could also find out where they are getting their links for that specific keyword and page and try to see if you can get your links placed there as well.
