Well a 301 should preserve all the love your getting from BL, however the transition time will mean that you'll drop in rankings. I had a site that I transfer from blog to static and during that time my ranks dropped on the blog and rose on the static but in the end it still took me over a year to get back into the top 10 for that competitive term. Just to note a 302 is a temp move, while a 301 is permanent marker.

Honestly I'd tell you to leave it but if you have to, then the link juice will follow to the new site with a 301 redirect. Although note that all your backlinks will still be pointing to the old domain.
Ah sorry I didn't see that you were redirecting within the domain, so a 302 would be correct rather then a 301.
My knowledge is limited on the subject but I can assure you your rankings will temporarily suffer due to the change. How long? I'm not sure as I said it took many months for me to get mine back but I did get my rankings back and better then before.

Use 301 redirect in .htaccess. I think it will work out well.

do a 301 redirect.Do not use 302 redirect - it means only temporary move. You got to move it permanently.
