    Yes Of-course, and Wordpress is very SEO Friendly!
    BUT, i really think it is waste of time... because after you are performing any SEO process and start seeing the results you won't be able to make changes to the domain or something like that.. it will defect your results like you did not do anything...

    It is really recommend to buy a nice domain you have, host it.. and start with your SEO process...
