SEO Help need from Experts

Hi, As per title i want to know that One of my Competitor who has New Site and they started SEO on that Website one Month Back and now there Keywords are on Top. Keyword which i Bring them on top took me 4,5 Months but they ranked those Keywords in 15days How is it Possible? and i cant Find their Backlinks i Tried to Search on Google and on Yahoo and through other Backlinking Checker Tools but i Cant Find their Backlinks.

There could be several reasons like they might got links from high PR and relevant sites (unfortunately there is no tool to check all the backlinks). The domain age also matters and further it depends on how they have done the on page seo e.g. proper use of keywords in title, headers, meta tags and in page contents etc.

 

I had been faced similar things in future but i found out solutions about that problem. Some of problems are as follows

1- Title
2- Meta description
3- H1 and H2 tags
4- Full content on pages
5- Website structure

 

Thanks of your reply, As I wrote that they are doing SEO just one month ago and off page working had start just 15 days ago, while we are using same keyword in same niche website with good domain age (3 years) while competitor's link is just 6 months old.
