Hi Guys, I have a Halo Website which seems to be doing quite well, the site is here : Halo Tips Now, I have got the site to appear in the first page if not 1st or 2nd for a lot of keyword searches, for example: First & Second for defeat scarab tank Second for halo tips video All I have done with the site so far is to get some articles submitted (Not sure if this is a good idea because of duplicate content but I have only submitted one article out of many) and stumbles and diggs. Last night I used Adwords but I don't think I can afford it too much because it literally went within minutes but it did get me lots of hits. I have made sure that all of my content is original and I am adding to it every other day nearly to keep the content consistent and the spiders coming back. I just wondered what else I can do to get traffic? Thanks Nick Harper
In addition to what you are doing do basic on page optimization and off page optimization is very good technique for high PR.
Sorry I missed on traffic. To get more traffic spread more about your site. Create viral content, get more visitors from visitors by asking them to spread a word about your site. Giving bribe to visitors is a good idea. Create contest. And most important get good links.
I have come up with an idea to offer a free clan site for a new clan so hopefully I will find one soon I can sponsor and that should create hits and traffic of people visiting the clan's site. What sort of contest could be had?
