SEO Guy - Self-Sabotage

Are you good SEO , but are you keep sabotaging yourself?! If yes, how!?

One of my best methods it's/was time losing like:
    1) Watching to my much my stats. I think that a good SEO don't need to spend more then 30 mins. watching his stats! (Except when he do good researches for a next "hunt"
    2) Browsing forums to much. How is the hottest guy from DP, huh?! Is it Shawn?! Also why would you care to open every thread related to "When PR will update?!" or "PR Question" ?!
I mean , well ya.. forum dumbing it's a good idea if you got a webmaster related website and you earn a lot from the traffic received by your signature... but... if you sell flowers online....
    3) Talking to girls on Yahoo , and think you are smart because yo known multi-tasking, and you can also write content , cheat your g/f (wife) , submit your website in different places and also negotiate to sell/buy/exchange links (all at the same time!)
    4) Caring to much about a society then your SERPS and your MONEY. Like on DP caring "doing green exchanges" in order to get many many green boxes :D
    5) Spend times with those amazing 700$ seo tools you got them for free from your best Yahoo Messenger friend (the other SEO jerk you talk politics with, you known?!). Try all of them ... but no in the same day , why ?! Because there is enough time for everything in life

    .....
Ok , this was for beginners, i usually use more advance tehnics like:

    1) Saying I will do something by tomorrow... It's like a sport for most of people like me... thinking that tomorrow they will be more ready for doing some task... but that's totally wrong.
I think that any good SEO must to keep an agenda and do 'time managment' pretty well , and set a lot of goals and ways to accomplish them. After that another agenda with his "jobs" and time required... Even when you get 15 minutes free times, do something... For example you may respond to some " link exchange request" ,etc

    2) Don't known what to do ... yes this is also a self-sabotage. Most of people don't known what to do ... SEO takes time... you can't just a link and see in 5 second the results... Maybe because of this most people don't known what to do ... and what to move... Like they don't known actually what to do to get on #1 for some easy keywords... They don't trade links, or neither they don't register on profiles/directories for some free PR0-PR3 backlinks... I don't know how to express this, but there was times when I didn't knew what to do ... even if my Agenda was full of jobs ;)

You are correct. I waste so much time during my day. Sitting on DP, chatting to friends, and mainly checking website stats/ comeptitors even though it doesnt help me get up the serps.

in this minutes added my sites to some free Dir's, emailed competitors to ask politely to some linkback's and bought 1 Feature link in a PR5 Dir.
