SEO Guidelines?

    Hi, Just a newbie here. does anyone here can show me where to find an SEO guidelines? Like, from scratch, finding the right keywords and so on.. I'm starting to SEo a new account and i want to know how does the SEO flow works. Thanks! :)

    for getting good keyword for your niche you should use google adward , google trends, yahoo buzz log... For getting traffic to your website you should have relationship with forum members. here is complete guide for you..

    You can sign up for a free on-page seo session by squirrly seo. I use their plugin for helping me with writing articles and seo too. They have an article on their blog about the guidelines of on-page seo. You can take a look to that one :)
