SEO Google Name Trade Mark?

    I have been reading that Google names are trade mark; would this name have trade mark issues?

    Yes. Remember that taking somebody to court is not about getting justice, it's about getting your way, and generally speaking he who has the most money gets his way. So...unless you have more money than Google, I wouldn't mess with it.
