SEO - Google and Demographic Target Search

    I know by default that Google targets your search around the geographic location of your IP address.. My question is.. What items help for SEO on this?.. ie: If I want my page to pickup more for New York City.. or a certain zip code.. what helps with that?

    local listings can help.. gather more site that is based on those a particular location then get your site listed on it..

    try posting on local classifieds or try to put keywords new york it can give u better results
