Hello, I was reading for many weeks about SEO future. People talking about that google start giving personalized results..Bruce Clay and Web Masters Like in Internet world for years are saying SEO is Dead.. Now, I am giving my view too and I want you guys to post as much views as you can which will give us idea of search engine rankings in future and SEO's. Look, People are saying Google is personalizing the results, means when you will be logged in to google account then the results will depends on your IP..haha...Why...It will bring problems ...Like you will see a bunch of list from your IP and you want to search a universal word...Like Shopping online etc...So If I am typing this word in Google then I want all kind of Shopping cart sites not only related to my IP (my area sites)... Next...People saying that when a person is personalizing its research then it is making the person to stuck with with his personalized sites..Example is ...Look I loged in google I search a keyword and choosed 10 favorite sites then and coming next week typing same keyword and receiving same old week personalized site now the problem starts...I want new..SEO's was there to give sites ranks and give a new results after every new update...that is the way Internet world was developing more and more advance..And Now you say SEO is dead...If SEO is Dead then Internet world will be finished...because not every one wants PPC...Right Guys... I am writing this because I read many articles and I watched many videos ..as they all were saying SEO is Dead..and I searched and here I am discussing my point of view..Now If I am wrong or any one not get my point then let me know..and if you get my point and have any other updates too then also post those too...
personalized results are already active. They've been active without you actually having to click boost and delete on the search results pages. Yes it will change things undoubtedly, how can it not..? If I'm #1 for a particular keyword and its giving me a bit of traffic, but users like the result at position #3 and keep boosting it. Why do you not think that sooner or later Google will use that data and use it to add a bit of weighting to the page at position #3. If that weighting is enough, it may be boosted to #2 or #1. You have to think about it from a user experience point of view. That is also Google's view. If it's best for the user, then that's what Google want too.
