SEO friendly URL/titles,need help

My site has the urls like "http://www.cristovideos.com/space-411-do-blog-id-849.html" and I want change this for something like this http://www.cristovideos.com/title-of-entries ,I need help this this.I have running uchome script my site is cristovideos.com

 

save it as:"title-of-entries.html" in dreamweaver.

 

generate a RewriteEngine Rule http://turnkey-buddy.com/mod_rewrite_tool/ and place it in .htaccess file in the foot of your website

 

anybody tell me the oppsite way to create this
