SEO Friendly URL CMS?

    Drupal is the best, out of the box it offers already some options. I would how ever use some modules to tune it a bit up if you know what I mean.

    I would recommend to use at least the following modules (can be found in the Drupal module directory):
    - Path auto (generate automated URLs)
    - Global redirect (301 redirects)
    - Nodewords (meta description)
    - Page title (customize your titles - offers extra keyword targeting)
    - XML sitemap (sets up a sitemap of your website)
    - Google Analytics (analyze your traffic)
    And of course don't forget to configure your robots.txt.

    drupal is good. it lite. and i like the most lite cms : snews CMS.

    I will say joomla can beat all in SEO if you optimize it by using 3rd party plugins
