Joomla is the only CMS I know from your list that is SEO friendly. Wordpress is not a CMS but a blogging platform. They are moving up in the world, but still not a true CMS. But, Wordpress would be my pick for good SEO abilities.

Actually Wordpress is a CMS. CMS means " Custom Menu System" and Wordpress does all of that. I would prefer wordpress over Joomla. But then again I don't use Joomla.

Lol, whoops, I meant Content Management System. I like to call it custom menu system for some odd reason.

Drupal can also be very SEO friendly with the Pathauto module. I use it with my site running on Drupal and have had good success.

Wordpress is SEO friendly and you can even make it more friendlier when you add more SEO plugins to it.
